  1. The Lifetime Price Lock

    As a Founding Member of Flamingo Express Car Wash, your monthly membership rate is locked at $45.00 (plus applicable taxes). We guarantee that this rate will not increase for the duration of your active membership, except in the event of the extreme economic shifts described in Section 3.

  2. Definition of "Lifetime"

    For the purposes of this agreement, the "Lifetime" of a Founding Membership is defined as a period of twenty (20) years from the date of enrollment. To maintain this locked rate, the membership must remain active and in good standing. Any cancellation or lapse in payment will result in the forfeiture of the Founding Member rate.

  3. Transparent Inflation Protection

    We aim to keep your rate stable even as the cost of electricity, water, and eco-friendly soaps increases. This policy is built around the Bank of Canada's target inflation rate of 2% per year. To protect the business against unpredictable "hyperinflation," the following trigger is in place:

    • The Baseline: We use the Consumer Price Index (CPI) as of July 2026 as our starting point.
    • The Trigger: Your price remains $45 until the total cumulative inflation exceeds 50% from our start date.
    • The Math: At a standard 2% annual inflation rate, it would take approximately 20.5 years to reach this trigger. Therefore, under normal economic conditions, your price will never increase during the 20-year term.
    • Emergency Adjustment: Should inflation rise significantly faster than the 2% average, Flamingo Express reserves the right to adjust the rate to reflect the current value of the dollar, provided a 90-day written notice is given to all members.

  4. Terms of Use

    The Founding Member rate is exclusive to the original account holder and the specific license plate at the time of enrollment. Notify us immediately if your license plate changes. This rate is non-transferable person to person.

  5. Right to Discontinue

    Flamingo Express Car Wash reserves the right to discontinue any plan, at any time, for any reason.
